Rules and terms

  • Minimum participant age 15 years
  • The BIB (participant number) must be worn on the front, clearly visible
  • The BIB is not transferable
  • The timing chip must remain attached
  • Running shoes with non-marking soles (leaving no marks)
  • Bring only permitted items into the stairway area
  • If you have certain medical conditions, consult a doctor before participating and include a doctor's certificate
  • Inappropriate behaviour that threatens the safety of other participants will result in disqualification
